Firstly I rightfully do not endorse Christians trying to make money of the gospel, asking for money or any of the supposedly Christian adds, for the Bibles, books, tapes listed here for sale too.. Jesus said as you freely received so freely give. Greedy Hirelings do not do this. http://groups.msn.com/AFOLLOWEROFCHRIST/advrt.msnw

(2 Tim 2:15 KJV) Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

(2 Tim 3:16 KJV)  All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17  That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.

1: Bible verses for the week
       (Rom 8:38 KJV)  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39   Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

2: Bible study for the week
      The kingdom of Jesus Christ is in existence today.
(Mat 28:18 KJV)  And Jesus came and spake unto them, saying, All power is given unto me in heaven and in earth. 19   Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

(Rom 15:12 KJV)  And again, Esaias saith, There shall be a root of Jesse, and he that shall rise to reign over the Gentiles; in him shall the Gentiles trust.13   Now the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that ye may abound in hope, through the power of the Holy Ghost.

Most people who worry about the prophetic future scriptures, are forgetting about the reality, truth that firstly that God has already given us the full power to live in, to live out his Kingdom today.

(Acts 10:38 KJV)  How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

(Acts 1:8 KJV)  But ye shall receive power, after that the Holy Ghost is come upon you: and ye shall be witnesses unto me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judaea, and in Samaria, and unto the uttermost part of the earth.

(Luke 17:21 KJV)  Neither shall they say, Lo here! or, lo there! for, behold, the kingdom of God is within you.

(Rev 1:4 KJV)  John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne; 5  And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 6   And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen. 7  Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

(Eph 2:4 KJV)  But God, who is rich in mercy, for his great love wherewith he loved us,5  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;) 6  And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: 7 That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. 8  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 9   Not of works, lest any man should boast.10   For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.

(Col 1:12 KJV)  Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: 13  Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: 14  In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins: 15  Who is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of every creature: 16  For by him were all things created, that are in heaven, and that are in earth, visible and invisible, whether they be thrones, or dominions, or principalities, or powers: all things were created by him, and for him: 17  And he is before all things, and by him all things consist. 18  And he is the head of the body, the church: who is the beginning, the firstborn from the dead; that in all things he might have the preeminence. 19  For it pleased the Father that in him should all fullness dwell; 20  And, having made peace through the blood of his cross, by him to reconcile all things unto himself; by him, I say, whether they be things in earth, or things in heaven. 21  And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22  In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: 23  If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;

(Rev 1:9 KJV)  I John, who also am your brother, and companion in tribulation, and in the kingdom and patience of Jesus Christ, was in the isle that is called Patmos, for the word of God, and for the testimony of Jesus Christ.

(Mat 24:4 KJV)  And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. 5  For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.6  And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. 8   All these are the beginning of sorrows. 9  Then shall they deliver you up to be afflicted, and shall kill you: and ye shall be hated of all nations for my name's sake.  10  And then shall many be offended, and shall betray one another, and shall hate one another. 11  And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. 12  And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. 13  But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved. 14  And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come. 15  When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:) 16  Then let them which be in Judaea flee into the mountains: 17  Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take any thing out of his house: 18  Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. 19  And woe unto them that are with child, and to them that give suck in those days! 20  But pray ye that your flight be not in the winter, neither on the sabbath day:  21  For then shall be great tribulation, such as was not since the beginning of the world to this time, no, nor ever shall be. 22  And except those days should be shortened, there should no flesh be saved: but for the elect's sake those days shall be shortened. 23  Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. 24  For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; in so much that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. 25  Behold, I have told you before. 26  Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth: behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. 27  For as the lightning cometh out of the east, and shineth even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. 28  For where so ever the carcase is, there will the eagles be gathered together. 29  Immediately after the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: 30  And then shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. 31  And he shall send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other.

(Mat 13:37 KJV)  He answered and said unto them, He that soweth the good seed is the Son of man; 38 The field is the world; the good seed are the children of the kingdom; but the tares are the children of the wicked one;

(1 Cor 15:21 KJV)  For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. 22  For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive. 23  But every man in his own order: Christ the firstfruits; afterward they that are Christ's at his coming. 24   Then cometh the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. 25   For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. 26   The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death. 27   For he hath put all things under his feet. But when he saith all things are put under him, it is manifest that he is excepted, which did put all things under him. 28 And when all things shall be subdued unto him, then shall the Son also himself be subject unto him that put all things under him, that God may be all in all.

(Gal 3:9 KJV)  So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. 10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11 But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12  And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. 13  Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:

(Rom 3:23 KJV)  For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 24   Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

(Rom 8:32 KJV)  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things  33  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect? It is God that justifieth. 34  Who is he that condemneth? It is Christ that died, yea rather, that is risen again, who is even at the right hand of God, who also maketh intercession for us. 35  Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? 36  As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. 37  Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. 38  For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, 39  Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

(Heb 10:38 KJV)  Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. 39   But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.  11:1   Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. 2  For by it the elders obtained a good report.

 (Luke 18:7 KJV)  And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? 8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

(Luke 18:9 KJV)  And he spake this parable unto certain which trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: 10   Two men went up into the temple to pray; the one a Pharisee, and the other a publican.11 The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, God, I thank thee, that I am not as other men are, extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this publican. 12 I fast twice in the week, I give tithes of all that I possess. 13 And the publican, standing afar off, would not lift up so much as his eyes unto heaven, but smote upon his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. 14  I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather than the other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted.

(Gal 3:14 KJV)  That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

(1 Cor 15:50 KJV)  Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 51 Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52  In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.53   For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality.54  So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory.55  O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56  The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57  But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

(John 14:27 KJV)  Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

(Prov 29:25 KJV)  The fear of man bringeth a snare: but whoso putteth his trust in the LORD shall be safe. 26   Many seek the ruler's favour; but every man's judgment cometh from the LORD.

(Heb 2:9 KJV)  But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.  10  For it became him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons unto glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings. 11  For both he that sanctifieth and they who are sanctified are all of one: for which cause he is not ashamed to call them brethren, 12  Saying, I will declare thy name unto my brethren, in the midst of the church will I sing praise unto thee. 13  And again, I will put my trust in him. And again, Behold I and the children which God hath given me. 14  For as much then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; 15  And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage. 16  For verily he took not on him the nature of angels; but he took on him the seed of Abraham. 17  Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. 18  For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.
3: Tips on praying for the week.
(Mark 4:8 KJV)  And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred.

(Mat 26:41 KJV)  Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

(Mark 13:33 KJV)  Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is.

I want you to note what God personally and often says to me about all of the people who supposedly still claim they cannot find time to have daily devotionals, to study the Bible directly.. God says they can still always still  find time for all those secular, sinful things they want to do and why?

It is not unreasonable to expect any Christian to spend daily  time in God's words at least 20 minutes in the Morning and 20 minutes at Night.

Pastors should spend at least one hour first thing in the day in the  Word and in prayer.. this is not an option.
4: Christian testimony for the week
"I myself was surprised how many times this week God even repeated a negative  message about how bad really pastors are.. and why too.. and I check my devotional often even twice with God as to what to write.. until next  a  sister admitted she was still worshipping her church, worshipping her pastor, and not rather God.. her pastor  now this week admitted he was a proud person who had also wrongfully abused, despised his own wife, for he thought too highly of himself, even as to how spiritual he was and God had to humble him even through his wife...  And I was still surprised how  another supposed Christian sister could even claim she was born again, loved Jesus but she rarely read her Bible, for the devil does his best still to keep people from God's words, words of truth... clearly she is still only religious but  fearful of facing the word of God... Sin will keep you away from the word and the word will keep you from sin.  I have also wrongfully had many a sister wrongfully drop fellowship with me over where she will not face still or discuss the sins of her bad family, she had wrongfully considered her family as perfect, even though almost all of them were still even unsaved..  Christian Ostriches is what I refer to them as.. funny ehh.. false pride and idolatry still existing in a professing believers life.. Worshipping mere useless things over the true God.. Obviously more prayers for their real repentance still needed, for all of them too.."

6: Difficult Bible Question answered for the week.
       Eternal security

We can remain eternally secure that God's promises will never fail, that god will always meet our needs, will be faithful to us.. as long as we are faithful to him. We thus exercise our own free will whether we chose to serve him, follow after him, to be with him, or not.

(Rom 8:28 KJV)  And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.29  For whom he did foreknow, he also did predestinate to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren. 30  Moreover whom he did predestinate, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. 31  What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? 32  He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things? 33  Who shall lay any thing to the charge of God's elect?

(Heb 13:22 KJV)  And I beseech you, brethren, suffer the word of exhortation: for I have written a letter unto you in few words.

(Rom 2:9 KJV)  Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile;10   But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile:

(Rom 4:17 KJV)  (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.18   Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.

(Gal 3:28 KJV)  There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. 29   And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.

 THE DEVIL IS A LIAR AND SO ARE HIS FOLLOWERS, WHO SAY DID GOD REALLY SAY? (Gen 3:4 KJV)  And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

SADLY THERE EXIST SOME BIBLICAL EXPOSITORS WHO TRY TO WRONGFULLY CLAIM THAT THE PROMISE LAND WAS GIVEN UNCONDITIONALLY TO THE PEOPLE OF ISRAEL.

As you can see in this passage below clearly  this was not true, they first personally, themselves had to conquer even the promise land by faith, for God still expects us to do our part in the contractual agreement with Him as well otherwise the contract is null and void. The just shall still live by faith

(Rom 1:17 KJV)  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. 18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;

(Josh 1:15 KJV)  Until the LORD have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD'S servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sun rising.

(Num 32:1 KJV)  Now the children of Reuben and the children of Gad had a very great multitude of cattle: and when they saw the land of Jazer, and the land of Gilead, that, behold, the place was a place for cattle;2  The children of Gad and the children of Reuben came and spake unto Moses, and to Eleazar the priest, and unto the princes of the congregation, saying, 3  Ataroth, and Dibon, and Jazer, and Nimrah, and Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Shebam, and Nebo, and Beon, 4  Even the country which the LORD smote before the congregation of Israel, is a land for cattle, and thy servants have cattle: 5  Wherefore, said they, if we have found grace in thy sight, let this land be given unto thy servants for a possession, and bring us not over Jordan. 6  And Moses said unto the children of Gad and to the children of Reuben, Shall your brethren go to war, and shall ye sit here? 7  And wherefore discourage ye the heart of the children of Israel from going over into the land which the LORD hath given them? 8  Thus did your fathers, when I sent them from Kadeshbarnea to see the land.  9  For when they went up unto the valley of Eshcol, and saw the land, they discouraged the heart of the children of Israel, that they should not go into the land which the LORD had given them. 10  And the LORD'S anger was kindled the same time, and he sware, saying, 11  Surely none of the men that came up out of Egypt, from twenty years old and upward, shall see the land which I sware unto Abraham, unto Isaac, and unto Jacob; because they have not wholly followed me: 12  Save Caleb the son of Jephunneh the Kenezite, and Joshua the son of Nun: for they have wholly followed the LORD. 13  And the LORD'S anger was kindled against Israel, and he made them wander in the wilderness forty years, until all the generation, that had done evil in the sight of the LORD, was consumed. 14  And, behold, ye are risen up in your fathers' stead, an increase of sinful men, to augment yet the fierce anger of the LORD toward Israel. 15  For if ye turn away from after him, he will yet again leave them in the wilderness; and ye shall destroy all this people. 16  And they came near unto him, and said, We will build sheepfolds here for our cattle, and cities for our little ones: 17  But we ourselves will go ready armed before the children of Israel, until we have brought them unto their place: and our little ones shall dwell in the fenced cities because of the inhabitants of the land. 18  We will not return unto our houses, until the children of Israel have inherited every man his inheritance. 19  For we will not inherit with them on yonder side Jordan, or forward; because our inheritance is fallen to us on this side Jordan eastward. 20  And Moses said unto them, If ye will do this thing, if ye will go armed before the LORD to war, 21  And will go all of you armed over Jordan before the LORD, until he hath driven out his enemies from before him, 22  And the land be subdued before the LORD: then afterward ye shall return, and be guiltless before the LORD, and before Israel; and this land shall be your possession before the LORD. 23  But if ye will not do so, behold, ye have sinned against the LORD: and be sure your sin will find you out. 24  Build you cities for your little ones, and folds for your sheep; and do that which hath proceeded out of your mouth. 25  And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben spake unto Moses, saying, Thy servants will do as my lord commandeth. 26  Our little ones, our wives, our flocks, and all our cattle, shall be there in the cities of Gilead: 27  But thy servants will pass over, every man armed for war, before the LORD to battle, as my lord saith. 28  So concerning them Moses commanded Eleazar the priest, and Joshua the son of Nun, and the chief fathers of the tribes of the children of Israel: 29  And Moses said unto them, If the children of Gad and the children of Reuben will pass with you over Jordan, every man armed to battle, before the LORD, and the land shall be subdued before you; then ye shall give them the land of Gilead for a possession: 30  But if they will not pass over with you armed, they shall have possessions among you in the land of Canaan. 31  And the children of Gad and the children of Reuben answered, saying, As the LORD hath said unto thy servants, so will we do. 32  We will pass over armed before the LORD into the land of Canaan, that the possession of our inheritance on this side Jordan may be ours. 33  And Moses gave unto them, even to the children of Gad, and to the children of Reuben, and unto half the tribe of Manasseh the son of Joseph, the kingdom of Sihon king of the Amorites, and the kingdom of Og king of Bashan, the land, with the cities thereof in the coasts, even the cities of the country round about. 34  And the children of Gad built Dibon, and Ataroth, and Aroer, 35  And Atroth, Shophan, and Jaazer, and Jogbehah, 36  And Bethnimrah, and Bethharan, fenced cities: and folds for sheep. 37  And the children of Reuben built Heshbon, and Elealeh, and Kirjathaim, 38  And Nebo, and Baalmeon, (their names being changed,) and Shibmah: and gave other names unto the cities which they builded. 39  And the children of Machir the son of Manasseh went to Gilead, and took it, and dispossessed the Amorite which was in it. 40  And Moses gave Gilead unto Machir the son of Manasseh; and he dwelt therein. 41  And Jair the son of Manasseh went and took the small towns thereof, and called them Havothjair. 42  And Nobah went and took Kenath, and the villages thereof, and called it Nobah, after his own name.

Even today sadly there are too many pilgrims who have settled down already in the this world wrongfully  and have not by faith pursed the things of God, have not persevered personally in prayer to conquer, maintain the promise land by faith.

(Luke 17:32 KJV)  Remember Lot's wife.33  Whosoever shall seek to save his life shall lose it; and whosoever shall lose his life shall preserve it.

(Heb 11:13 KJV)  These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of them, and embraced them, and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.

(1 Pet 2:11 KJV)  Dearly beloved, I beseech you as strangers and pilgrims, abstain from fleshly lusts, which war against the soul;

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations" (Jer. 1:5).

The Apostle Paul also wrote of his calling, "He who had set me apart, even from my mother's womb, and called me through his grace" (Gal. 1:15).

Just   cause you are called don't take it for granted..

"The Bible says two things that seem to be contradictory to our reason. On the one hand, it warns us of the danger of falling. On the other hand, it assures us of the security of God's elect. It is hard for our reason to put these two things together, but we must let both statements of Scripture stand.

The Bible teaches very clearly that it is possible to fall from faith (1 Corinthians 10:12). In the same passage it also assures us the God will protect us from falling (1 Corinthians 10:13). The first passage is a real warning. As God's law, it warns us when we are complacent. The second comforts us with the gospel when we are troubled. We must preach both truths.
Among the other passages that deal with this are Matthew 13:18-23, Luke 8:11-15, Hebrews 6:4-6, Hebrews 10:26, and John 10:27-29.

Luke 8: 13 clearly speaks of those who believe for awhile and then fall away. Hebrews 6 is perhaps the strongest because it speaks of those of those who fall as having been enlightened and having shared in the Holy Spirit. It seems to refer to those whose fall is final because they commit the sin against the Holy Spirit. We also have the example of David who fell from faith and was restored.

We, therefore, cannot endorse the idea "once saved always saved" which claims a person can never permanently fall from faith and often looks at our past experience as our source of assurance. We must warn the complacent, careless Christian of the danger of falling as Scripture does. But in times of doubt, we should not look at our feelings to see if we ever felt saved, but at the truths of objective justification which proclaim what Christ has done for us once and for all. Our works which testify to the presence of faith in us are an assurance of our calling and election, but for our confidence we should look outside ourselves to the verdict of God (1 John 3:20). The faith the Holy Spirit has worked in us assures us of our election (Ephesians 1:11-14).

Knowing when to preach either of these two teachings is a matter of recognizing the difference between the Law and the Gospel. The Law is to warn the complacent, the Gospel is to comfort the troubled."

(Mat 7:15 KJV)  Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. 16  Ye shall know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? 17  Even so every good tree bringeth forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bringeth forth evil fruit. 18  A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. 19  Every tree that bringeth not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. 20  Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21  Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22  Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23  And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

(Mat 7:24 KJV)  Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: 25  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. 26  And every one that heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand: 27  And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it.

 When Moses led Israel out of Egypt, he performed signs and wonders before pharaoh. The initial three signs performed by Moses were duplicated by the Egyptian diviners and occult practitioners in Pharaoh's court

(Exo 7:10 KJV)  And Moses and Aaron went in unto Pharaoh, and they did so as the LORD had commanded: and Aaron cast down his rod before Pharaoh, and before his servants, and it became a serpent .11 Then Pharaoh also called the wise men and the sorcerers: now the magicians of Egypt, they also did in like manner with their enchantments. 12  For they cast down every man his rod, and they became serpents: but Aaron's rod swallowed up their rods.

(Exo 7:22 KJV)  And the magicians of Egypt did so with their enchantments: and Pharaoh's heart was hardened, neither did he hearken unto them; as the LORD had said.

(Exo 8:7 KJV)  And the magicians did so with their enchantments, and brought up frogs upon the land of Egypt. ).

This is a very important fact to personally note always as well. Many Ocultists, persons in he New age movements, some Pentacostals included do teach, encourage you to use on your own your spirutal gifts supposedly given to you by God, to use these gifts on your own even without God' s  clearly, and specific leading.. This is stil a sinful and dangerous  act, for this is similar to the what the occultsist wrongful pracitse, and this isalso still sinful  rebellion against God,  doing our own thing.. Jesus himself, our example was always, always in direct subjection to the fatehr's will  in all he did, and he Jesus did  not do anyhting on  his own..

(1 Sam 15:23 KJV)  For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry.

Moses too had to always obey God and to next do only what God told him to do.. there came a time when Moses disobeyed God, he  Moses performed a miracle on his own will, and he was directly punished for this, he was thus consequentially  not allowed to enter the land of promise with the others himself. The first tome Moses obeyed God

(Exo 17:6 KJV)  Behold, I will stand before thee there upon the rock in Horeb; and thou shalt smite the rock, and there shall come water out of it, that the people may drink. And Moses did so in the sight of the elders of Israel.

NEXT

(Num 20:11 KJV)  And Moses lifted up his hand, and with his rod he smote the rock twice: and the water came out abundantly, and the congregation drank, and their beasts also.12   And the LORD spake unto Moses and Aaron, Because ye believed me not, to sanctify me in the eyes of the children of Israel, therefore ye shall not bring this congregation into the land which I have given them.

(Isa 30:21 KJV)  And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left.

Before you are tempted to sin, to do wrong, think twice about it for there are next real personal consequences as well..

(2 Sam 24:13 KJV)  So Gad came to David, and told him, and said unto him, Shall seven years of famine come unto thee in thy land? or wilt thou flee three months before thine enemies, while they pursue thee? or that there be three days' pestilence in thy land? now advise, and see what answer I shall return to him that sent me.

(1 Ki 2:32 KJV)  And the LORD shall return his blood upon his own head, who fell upon two men more righteous and better than he, and slew them with the sword, my father David not knowing thereof, to wit, Abner the son of Ner, captain of the host of Israel, and Amasa the son of Jether, captain of the host of Judah.

(1 Ki 2:44 KJV)  The king said moreover to Shimei, Thou knowest all the wickedness which thine heart is privy to, that thou didst to David my father: therefore the LORD shall return thy wickedness upon thine own head;

According to Bible and to many theologians, there STILL exists a fallen spirit world with Satan at its head. Satan himself had  rebelled against God and attempted to take God's place, desiring to be worshipped. Popular beliefs narrate that one-third of all the angels chose to follow Satan ((Rev 12:4 KJVAnd his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth: and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. ). Since Satan desires to be worshipped as God, it is no wonder that the Bible portrays Satan and his followers as masquerading as angels of light ((2 Cor 11:13 KJV)  For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ.14   And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.15  Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works. ). He Satan does encourages us to be free by disobeying God, by doing  our own thing.

(Gen 3:4 KJV)  And the serpent said unto the woman, Ye shall not surely die:

According to biblical literature, those who follow Satan some  by way of occult manifestations can also accurately foresee the future. Just because someone foretells some part of the future does not mean they are being led by God ((Deu 13:1 KJV If there arise among you a prophet, or a dreamer of dreams, and giveth thee a sign or a wonder, 2And the sign or the wonder come to pass, whereof he spake unto thee, saying, Let us go after other gods, which thou hast not known, and let us serve them; 3  Thou shalt not hearken unto the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for the LORD your God proveth you, to know whether ye love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul. 4   Ye shall walk after the LORD your God, and fear him, and keep his commandments, and obey his voice, and ye shall serve him, and cleave unto him. 5 And that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, shall be put to death; because he hath spoken to turn you away from the LORD your God, which brought you out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage, to thrust thee out of the way which the LORD thy God commanded thee to walk in. So shalt thou put the evil away from the midst of thee. ). It appears that God allows or even sends false prophets to test us even, to separate between those who are truly devoted to Him alone, from those who are not devoted. I believe it is also important to remind you that biblical literature shows that God controls both the good and the evil but we also have to be careful of what we do.

"I am the LORD, and there is none else. I form the light and create darkness, I make peace, and create evil: I the LORD do all these things" (KJV) Is. 45:6-7).

Moreover, the biblical story of Moses tells us that those who choose to follow Satan can have some  spiritual powers. The Apostle Paul foretells of the antichrist personality as being able to perform miraculous signs and wonders. "The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing" (2 Thess. 2:9-10).

(1 John 4:1 KJV)  Beloved, believe not every spirit, but try the spirits whether they are of God: because many false prophets are gone out into the world.
